John was excellent and very patient with me . i would recommend him highly and if i needed him again he would be my first choice.

Recommend HTC for your smart home needs. We wanted solutions that did NOT have to connect through a smart hub (like Google Home, Alexa, Siri) and didn’t know how or what best options. Setting up schedules for lights or ways to easily connect was harder than we thought at times. HTC was very knowledgeable and available to assist us each step of the way. We’re now looking at home security solutions that don’t require subscription fees. HTC consultant fee was a worthy investment as we didn’t know some of the products we were looking at didn’t meet weather ratings for our cold winters and some other features we needed to consider before purchase and installing. Thank you again.
